Once you've settled on the perfect location and the lease is secured, it's time to build your space and move in. Magnolia Project Partners represents you, the project owner. We will assemble the right team and act as your dedicated fiduciary to ensure the construction of your space meets your expectations so you can focus on running your business. We work with the best architects, designers, contractors and engineers to turn your lease into a functioning space, on time and on budget. We manage the team, keep everyone aligned, push the project forward and make sure you're informed the whole time. We protect your interests as if the space were our own.

OPERATE

Annual Operating Expense Reviews

Once you're in your space and running your business, Magnolia is there to make sure your not paying more than you should. Each year your landlord will reconcile the expenses for the property and bill you for any shortages. We review your annual CAM and operating expense reconciliations to prevent overcharges. We are your ongoing real estate advocate, not just a one-project consultant.
